Oversee company operations, strategic direction, and client relations with a focus on client satisfaction and service excellence, while cultivating a work environment built on respect, strong teams, and long-term professional relationships.

He specializes in integrating lighting, stage design, and visual storytelling to create powerful and immersive event experiences.

JULIO LA ROSA
Operations Director & Co-Founder – Lighting Design Florida
Systems engineer and operations leader with over 20 years of experience in logistics and production management. Former Operations Manager for Lighting Design Perú for more than a decade and now leading operations in Florida. He oversees logistics, equipment, technical coordination, and on-site execution, ensuring every production runs with precision, efficiency, and reliability at an international standard.
